Sales History Report

Users are able to access this report after selecting from the list of menu items near the top of the Subject Property Search Results screen. A new window opens and performs the retrieval of information.

The system displays a separate page containing the following elements:

• SUBJECT PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

LRO

Land Registry Office of the Subject Property.

PIN

The Property Identification Number of the Subject Property.

ASSESSMENT ROLL NUMBER

The identification number used for assessment purposes associated with the Subject Property.

REGISTRATION TYPE

LT for Land Titles or R for Registry.

LAND REGISTRY STATUS

This indicates whether the property is Active or Inactive. Active properties are those that are "live" in the Land Registration System. Inactive properties are properties that have been retired due to consolidations with other Properties, or that have been split into new Properties. In some cases Properties have been made inactive as part of the Land Registry Automation process. Land Registry Status does not refer to the status of any listing on MLS systems.

MUNICIPALITY

The Municipality of the Subject Property.

ADDRESS

The municipal address of the Subject Property.

AREA

Area in square meters.

PERIMETER

This is the sum of the individual boundary elements that bound a property (in meters).

DESCRIPTION

The legal description of the subject property.

PARTY TO

Those parties that have interest in the subject property.

• SALES HISTORY

NOTE: This area lists the prior sales on the property where available in the GeoWarehouse® database. Not all Sales are available due to the nature of the automation process.

INSTRUMENT NUMBER

This is the registration number of the document.

REGISTRATION DATE

This is the date (dd-mm-yyyy) as specified on the last registered Transfer type document for the property.

CONSIDERATION VALUE

This is the consideration value in Dollars as specified on the last registered Transfer type document for the subject property.

INSTRUMENT TYPE

Identifies the instrument type. Listed below are the transfer types of documents:
